Danmarkshavn
Sur Greenland Connect, je ne pense pas que nous y croiserons quelques bestioles - mammifères marins de la famille des phocidés, de celle des odobenidae, de l’ordre des cétacés ou/et insectes persistants - mais il est assez fascinant de lire ces données des heures d’arrivées des oiseaux, mesures prises sur des décennies à Danmarkshavn, station météorologique construite en 1906, station télégraphique en 1948, dont les 8 hommes qui y résident depuis plus d’un siècle mesurent toutes les 2 heures de chaque journée : la pression, la température, l’humidité, la direction et la vitesse du vent. Il est fascinant de lire l’histoire de cette station et d’en recevoir les données météorologiques chaque jour sur le site de Danmarkshavn http://www.danmarkshavn.gl, de rejoindre le groupe facebook de la station http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=24544179521&v=wall, de consulter les 1060 pages ou les 181 images depuis le moteur de recherche google.gl en cliquant bien entendu sur “Sider fra Grønland” pour ne pas se retrouver dans un vaste bordel de 1.800.000 de pages danoises ou autres.
